Who: Kevin Baird serves as chairman of the board at the nonprofit Center for College & Career Readiness, which focuses on creating sustainable capacity in schools for job-ready learning outcomes for all students. His practice includes work with governments around the globe, State Departments of Education, as well as school districts large and small. He is an expert in global management processes and has implemented educational research on several continents. Baird’s primary areas of practice are leadership development and systemic improvement using data for differentiated instruction and direct support for teachers. He is the creator and author of The Consistency and Constancy Framework for School Leadership.
