The myON Classics collections are available at no cost to all myON customers. These handpicked novels and short stories have withstood the test of time and include titles that have helped shape the culture and education of America. Aiming to reach middle and high school myON users, myON Classic books are complete in their original format, not abridged or condensed.

Titles include The Scarlet Letter, The Raven, Turn of the Screw, The Monkey’s Paw, Metamorphosis, The Invisible Man, Twelve Years a Slave, War of the Worlds, and timeless fiction by notable authors such as Mark Twain, Charles Dickens, Victor Hugo, Jane Austen, Edith Wharton, and many more.

Originally launched in 2011, myON has earned national recognition for its innovative approach to providing students with 24/7 online and offline access to a library of digital texts personalized to match their individual interests and reading levels. In August 2015, the company launched myON 3.0, which includes new student and educator interfaces, advancements in content recommendations based upon individual student interests, Lexile reading level, gamification, and enhancements to the state-of-the-art monitoring and reporting functions.
