Jance, a mystery writer and former K-12 school librarian, discusses how to incorporate new technologies such as blogs into her material, and shares where she gets her inspiration for her books as well as how she knows what people are interested in reading.

The Wild, Wild Web: Online Bullies, Predators, and Stalkers, Oh My!
Jayne Hitchcock, WHOA (Working to Halt Online Abuse)--Kids/Teen Division, Dover, NH
Hitchcock will help you to help students being bullied and harassed online, and discusses the dangers students face by putting too much personal information in their blogs and on social networking sights.
