Gale’s Video Contest: Vote Now

It’s down to the final days for voting in Gale’s "I Love My Library!" video contest.

A panel of Thomson Gale judges narrowed the field of 177 videos down to five finalists:

Green Gables Elementary School Library (Lakewood, CO)
Allen County Public Library (Fort Wayne, IN)
Towson Public Library (Baltimore, MD)
Dozier Middle School and Main Street Libraries (Newport News, VA)
Columbus Public Library (Columbus, NE)

Viewers can vote online for their favorite video until June 11 at Each voter has only one vote. The winning film will be announced at the Gale booth at ALA on June 24 at 1 p.m.

The video with the most votes wins $10,000. Half of the prize--$5,000--is awarded to a library designated by the winner. The remaining $5,000 is awarded to the winner.
