The Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) recently launched state chapters in Georgia, Louisiana and New Mexico.

The new chapters were founded by local Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) organizations in each state: the Metro Atlanta CIO Council, the Louisiana Chief Technology Officers' Association and the New Mexico Chief Information Officers (NMCIO).
