The 2009 application for the American Association of School Librarians (AASL) National School Library Media Program of the Year award is now available online at www.ala.org/aasl/awards.

The awards honor school library media programs that are fully integrated into the school curriculum. One District award and two Single School awards will be presented. Each of the three winning programs will receive a $10,000 prize donated by Follett Library Resources.

The application deadline is Jan. 2, 2009.
