In the midst of the challenges found in meeting the growing list of education mandates, we should also feel a sense of optimism. While we struggle in some categories, technological advances have provided new opportunities and greater power to support our endeavors. These categories have simplified the process of collecting and using data to help us make informed decisions about our increasingly thinning resources, to better collaborate on what works, and, ultimately, to help all children learn.
