For August 1, 2017: On August 21, a rare solar eclipse across North America will prompt people to don special eye wear for viewing the sun as the moon crosses its path. NASA has prepared a special site with loads of information, activities, and resources. Download maps, fact sheets, posters, and guides. Be sure to read the section on safety for proper viewing. This is a great site for teachers and students plan for this exciting event.
Fly over to CyberBee at for more great websites, lessons, and activities to use with students.
