CIA World Fact Book

For March 15, 2013: The World Fact Book, published annually by the Central Intelligence Agency, provides information about countries around the world, including population, maps, flags, and other statistical data. The section on Chiefs of State and Cabinet Members of Foreign Governments is updated on a weekly basis. The Kid's page is an ideal tool for introducing the CIA and its mission. Since the book is in the public domain, it is available in a variety of formats. You can browse the CIA Website, download a copy to your computer, or find apps for your  iPhone iPad or Android created by third party companies for a small fee. This is another handy reference source for school.
