Internet: The InFocus LP600 projector offers a variety of connection options—wired or wireless, computer or video sources—even the option to go PC-free with a USB flash drive.

The unit provides 2,000 lumens, a contrast ratio of 1,000:1, native XGA resolution, and a variety of connection options including M1-DA and VESA for computers, 3.5 mm stereo audio input and loop, S-Video, and component (RCA) video.

Also included are an intuitive remote, user-defined controls, LCD display for instant status updates, auto keystone correction, and rich sound capabilities.

The projector provides a 4:3 native aspect ratio; data compatibility with SXGA, XGA, SVGA, VGA, Macintosh, HDTV 1080i, 1080p, 720p, and 480p; DLP display technology from Texas Instruments; an image size of 26 inches (66.0 cm) to greater than 215 inches (546.1 cm); and native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution.

Also featured are a manual zoom lens; front, rear, and ceiling projection methods; a 1.83:1­2.27:1 throw ratio (throw distance/image width); automatic ceiling detection; and video compatibility with SDTV (NTSC, PAL, SECAM), ED/HDTV (Component, RGBHV, and DVI for signal formats 480p, 576p, 720p, and 1080i).

The projector ships standard with a soft carry case, Navigator remote, color-coded cable straps, M1A computer cable with USB mouse, audio cables, RCA video cable, power cord, user manual, quick start card, and CD.

The standard unit is priced at $1,999.

Optional Features

Networking capabilities are available with optional ProjectorNet software.

Wireless connectivity is available with the optional InFocus LiteShow module. LiteShow is platform-independent and works with all InFocus projectors with a standard M1-DA connector.

The latest version of LiteShow Manager (version 1.2) improves Mac performance for quicker transitions and image renders; improves LiteShow adapter for low-resolution streaming video, animations, and image transitions; enhances networking support (ad-hoc, infrastructure, WEP security support, Auto-IP, Static-IP, Zero configuration change); and offers improved Factory Restore Sequence, as well as an embedded updater application for LiteShow Adapter.

LiteShow is priced at $500; check with your reseller for rebates or special offers.
